The pretty hamlet of Ullington quietly nestles in the delightful countryside between historic Stratford-upon-Avon and the ancient market town of Evesham. With plenty of walking and cycling trails available, this delightful hamlet boasts tranquil countryside, encouraging visitors to relax and unwind whilst taking in the charming rural views. Pebworth with its Shakespearean connections is within ten minutes walk, whilst Bidford-on-Avon is just 3 miles away and offers local shops and amenities as well as picturesque riverside walks. Nearby Evesham, also located on the banks of the River Avon, offers many activities such as boating and fishing, while a visit to Stratford-upon-Avon, with its half timbered buildings, theatres, museums, excellent shops, and lovely pubs and restaurants is a must. With Cheltenham, Stratford and Warwick racecourses all within a 15 mile radius, this idyllic location has plenty to offer.

Superbly located for walkers and cyclists alike, the property is just a short drive from historic Stratford-upon-Avon. Visit the Shakespeare Theatre and the many museums on offer, take in the half timbered buildings or sample the excellent shops, pubs and restaurants. If you prefer, simply take some time to relax and explore the stunning Cotswolds countryside. A superb holiday location with plenty to see and do.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x family room with double bed and additional single bed. Shower room with luxury power shower, basin and WC. Spacious fitted kitchen with dining area. Utility room. Sitting room with flame effect fire.

Full oil fired central heating with additional heating from air vent in kitchen and flame effect fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer and washing machine in utility room, dishwasher, colour TV, video, hi-fi system. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden to front of property with duck pond, private patio to side of property with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 15 mins walk. Note: Unfenced pond in front garden. Small children must be supervised.
